Term Dates and the School Day
Please find below the term dates for this academic year and next academic year.
The School Day
Children in all year groups are in school for 32 and 1/2 hours a week. The timings of the day are as follows:

All children have a morning break at 10.30am and will break for lunch from 12.00pm till 1.05pm.
Lunches
Children may have a hot lunches or packed lunches or a combination of both.
Hot Meals
Lunches for Key Stage 1 children in Early Years, Years 1 and 2 are now provided free of charge, but these must be ordered in advance online through Kingswood Catering.
For Key Stage 2 (Years 3 - 6) children, lunches can be ordered online through Kingswood Catering.
Hot meals are provided by Kingswood's hot meal service and are cooked on the premises each day in our kitchen. An extensive menu is available:- Meat, vegetatian, jacket potato, hotpot and a packed lunch. Pudding or fruit/yoghurt is also included. The price for a hot lunch is £2:30 per day.

Packed Lunches
Children may bring a packed lunch in a suitable, clearly named container.
Drinks should be in screw-top bottles (not glass).
We are a healthy school and we encourage children to eat a balanced meal at lunch-time, avoiding sugary snacks.
